This post is going to be one of those random posts that pop up every now and then. There are times on my blog that I think it is better to connect with y’all that to simply babble on about make up, working out or fashion.

I feel the best blogs out there are the ones that connect with the readers and allow y’all to see people for people instead of just words on a screen. To put meaning and life behind the words. To make you realize we are real. I honestly believe we forget at times that people on social media are real people and that they have feelings. So I figured I’d update you about what’s up in sunny south Florida. Besides the humidity.

Anyway, a lot has been happening since I started writing. I took a wild chance an applied to be a contributing writer on theBerry, never in a million years did I believe they would pick me but THEY DID!!!! I have to submit a post by late this week/early next week. So, I am writing this post early to be able to dedicate the rest of the week to that post. I am so excited words cannot even begin to describe it. I think it is an awesome idea that they opened up their post to their community. There are so many viewpoints that can be achieved.

I am trying my best to have more and more make up posts but it’s getting a little expensive and I feel bad returning products that I clearly used but I am trying to figure it out. I want to bring you guys the best experience and honest opinion as possible. If there is anything you want me to try, let me know and I will do my best to try it and give y’all a review.

I am going to add a workout for y’all since it is technically “work out Wednesday.” Today I am doing back. I love making my back stronger. Many of you don’t know that I had surgery almost a year ago and that I had actually gained 30lbs in about 3 months because of everything that led up to that surgery. I know first hand how hard the struggle can be to get back to the place you once were or the place you wish you were. Just push yourself every day and you WILL get there. I promise.

1 set of each (Super Set), with a rest break between the group of 4 sets.

  1. Set 1: Lat Pulldowns – 10 Rep – heaviest weight possible
  2. Set 2: Seated Cable Rows – 10 Rep – heaviest weight possible
  3. Set 3: Dumbbell Dead Lifts – 10 Rep – heaviest weight possible
  4. Rest Break (2 Min)
  5. Set 4: Lat Pulldowns – 8 Rep – drop weight (about 10lbs)
  6. Set 5: Seated Cable Rows – 8 Rep – drop weight (about 10lbs)
  7. Set 6: Dumbbell Dead Lifts – 8 Rep – drop weight (about 10lbs)
  8. Rest Break (2 Min)
  9. Set 7: Lat Pulldowns – 10 Rep – heaviest weight possible
  10. Set 8: Seated Cable Rows – 10 Rep – heaviest weight possible
  11. Set 9: Dumbbell Dead Lifts – 10 Rep – heaviest weight possible
  12. Rest Break (2 Min)
  13. Set 10:Lat Pulldowns – 10 Rep – heaviest weight possible
  14. Set 11: Seated Cable Rows – 10 Rep – heaviest weight possible

Exercise 4: Renegade Rows 

4 sets of 10 – Rest 1 min between sets

Exercise 5:  Rear Facing Flys

4 sets of 10 – Rest 1 min between sets

Exercise 6: Bent-Over Cable Rows

4 sets of 15 – Rest 1 min between sets
