HAPPY FRIDAY!! Let’s do the happy dance because I have been CRAVING for the weekend to get here!!!
I hope y’all are planning a fabulous weekend and are going to be able to unwind, enjoy every minute of it.
Today we are talking about the Nest Citrine perfume that I fell. in. love. with. because of the Sephora Play box. Sephora is on point when it comes to their play boxes. I have really liked most of them and the perfumes have been killing the game.
I got this perfume in one of the boxes and wanted to bathe myself in it.
The brand Nest is a new brand to me. Until the Play box, I didn’t know this brand existed. I won’t like, I am a little weary when it comes to perfumes because I am SUPER picky when it comes to the scents.
According to Sephora’s website Nest was “Inspired by the works of 18th Century British artist Mrs. Mary Delany, Laura Slatkin collaborated with master perfumers to translate these works of art into luxurious fragrances that capture the essence of each of the botanicals that adorn the products’ striking packaging.”
According to Nest’s website, “The dewy softness of lotus flower and freesia are set against sparkling citrus notes and hints of precious woods.” This smell is HEAVEN.
It has notes of Lemon Blossom, Lotus Flower, Freesia, Dew Drop Accord, Precious Woods.
It is definite Bright. Refreshing. Sparkling.
Look. at. this. packaging. I die! It us absolutely beautiful. The bottle is super sturdy and well made. I don’t feel like this bottle will break if I drop it but I know it is not indestructible. Lol.
I was SUPER surprised with how cheap this perfume was. It is only $68. Now wait. Before you kill me. The reason I say this is cheap is because it is actual eau de parfum and not eau de toilette. Most of the time you are paying for “toliet water” at a super expensive price. So to be able to find a perfume for that cheap is amazing. The other great thing about this perfume is that is lasts a REALLY long time. I spray this on me in the morning and I can still smell it when I get in the shower at night. I highly recommend swinging by Sephora and asking for a sample to test this stuff out.
Have a wonderful day y’all. Enjoy the amazing weekend. Definitely stop and smell the flowers, they are what end up in your perfumes. ;o)
